11. COMMENTS Object has many characteristics of a refracted astronomical object, with the apparent fa Z-N and the high elevation angle tends to rule out this possibility. Witnesses indicated they were watching object thru binoculars; therefore a balloon or a/c should have been recognized and 30 min is a long time for an a/c to be on sight continuously in any one direction for any length of time. This case is classified as an "Unidentified."
