BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: No shape; size-equivalent to North Star in 21,000 ft; color-white, similar to second to fourth magnitude star in color; no features; seems to follow others flight course; annual movement of white star against star background. Angle 45° from horizon to zenith, azimuth from 30° to 30° when sighted. About 45° above horizon at 2 o'clock position with sudden disappearance. Flight path -030° to E to start with, then followed straight path. No maneuvering observed and slowed down on a parallel course at 030°. Appeared to be in orbital path.

12. COMMENTS: Duration suggests artificial satellite. However, check with Spacetrack rules out satellite. Balloon was launched after sighting was made; no known n/c in area. Possibly balloon launched from Communist territory, as we know that balloons are launched from an area SE of us. Due to inability to correlate object with some known object, report is evaluated as unidentified.
