8. BRIEF SUMMRY OF SIGHTING Witnessed object as a pinwheel at rest. About 3" in diameter at its length. Glowed red, occasionally flashing bluish-green. Two still objects moving E/W/no planned formation. Sighted approx 45° above horizon. Two still objects disappeared after about 20 min in same position.

Third moved in a straight line to W to a position directly overhead then went behind light cloud and disappeared—was visible about 3 min.

9. NUMBER OF OBJECTS three

11 COMMENTS Witness probably saw a combination of objects which added up to his sighting. Two stationary objects were probably stars and moving object an n/c. There were three bright stars in the E: Betelgeux, Rigel, and Aldabarn. It is believed & still objects were Betelgeux Alpha Orion and Rigel Beta Orion. Third Object witnessed by witness was possibly an n/c. A closed curtain between witness and stars could account for the disappearance.
