11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Red circular object emitting trail of red sparks. Flight was faster than jet. Blinked. High altitude. Moved back and forth. In sight for several minutes. Faded rapidly from view.
Observed through EX. Night was dark with smoke and fog in area.
Spectacular meteor observed in area at approximate time of this report. Speed and duration in conflict. Sighting attributed to the known meteor and discrepancies attributed to personal interpretation.
