Moving lights of this nature do not fall within the definition of a UFO. No data presented to indicate that the lights could NOT have been A/C.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Flickering light in flight from East to West and from West to East, Brighter than stars, and reportedly had erratic movement. White and possibly red at times. Witness poor estimator of size and speed. Duration in conflict with reported speed. Possible that the Easterly object was a Satellite. Object to West likely A/C and since both appeared as identical they are regarded as A/C.
