11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Oblong object star like in color, bright and gaseous. No trail or unusual features. Object appeared to remain in one place. Position was 30 deg elevation 060 deg azimuth. CAELIA 20 deg elevation on 50 deg azimuth. JUPITER rising on horizon at 060 deg azimuth. Witness regarded as unreliable as source of information.
