11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Oval shaped object with conning tower. Remained stationary in same area for about one hour. Flickered once in a while. Red, white, and green colors. Used high powered binoculars. Form 146 sent for positional data. Not returned. JUPITER not visible and VENUS already below horizon in West. Most likely Astro Body would be ARCTURUS setting at time of disappearance. Evaluated as an Astro Body none specified due to absence of positional data. Will reevaluate if form is returned.
