11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Objects flew low from NW Washington to NW Washington. Objects under observation. Objects in number of 6. Cloudy night. Also daylight. Multi colored. Moved out of sight quickly. Sharply cut - off. Tremendous speed. Moved into cloud.
Much confusion due to duration changed from 15 to 10 seconds. Number of objects also reported from 5 to 6. Speed reported as tremendous, yet witness reported as sharply outlined, time change from 7:15 to 6:30. Witness marked cloudy night and daylight also.
Description of sighting is characteristic of a flight of birds.
Age listed as 25, yet writing indicates child.
