11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Multiple lighted objects in slow flight observed several times over a two hour period. No sounds. Sightings of 3 minutes, 2-3 minutes, 6 minutes, 5 minutes, 4-5 minute and 2-4 minute sightings. Field observations consistent with evaluation of an a/c tower; an advertising tower of lighted display.
