BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS
[ILLEGIBLE] white object with bluish edge like arc-welders torch. Light went out like light bulb turned off. Flight fast to 20,000 feet, then 5-10 miles away. Speed much faster than A/C. Horizontal flight.
