GOA Radar experienced jamming for a period consistent with the visual sighting. Jamming ceased at the position of the object noted on the object map at 4,500 ft above ground level.

Object maneuvered, described as flat 15-20 ft in diameter. Color was white or light gray and had a motion of circular back and forth at high speed turns.

Fumes were noted out the distance from the object about one mile radius, fumes were [ILLEGIBLE] out the distance from the object about one mile radius.

Flight near base of high speed flight near base of object at 4,500 ft.

Flight consistent with GOA jamming mission.
