10. CONCLUSION Satellite (200-12) TPOF over Duluth at 13% in heading III at 26 deg elevation to the South in ascent.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS White light bigger than a star, going very slow, observed for about ten minutes. Direction not reported. Object described as a satellite, duration slightly exceeds half of the time interval of telem and of a very good quality. Not able to give direction of flight or elevation because it was too fast and too high to be seen clearly. The object was moving too slow for a meteor. Description of a smaller star similar to meteoroid observation.
