Life guard at local pool and witness observed the objects through EX and determined that they were toy balloons.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Point object silver in sunlight when sky was background and dark or black against clouds. Appeared to be in flight to the West, disappearing behind mountains. Rodeo season with parades and balloons being sold. These gas filled balloons were observed in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs floating free. Individual who made initial report called back and informed investigator of the identity of known object. Additional calls from other observers of same or similar objects.
