10. CONCLUSION A/2C Data indicated very poor quality of information. Observers out looking at stars. Probably a/c. Inconstant information on duration and speed reported. Also brightness confusing and data of initial report was 9 Aug while form says 6 Aug. The youths possibly say A/C lights in the distance.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Dome shaped light appearing singly at first than in twos later. Varied color from red to white to blue. No features, no sound. Observed between 1900-2100 for periods of 1 to 10 minutes. Objects were at about 20 deg elevation seeming to rise to about 45 deg elevation behind hillside. The objects then go West, stop and come back East very suddenly. Observed through EX and TX.
