11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object in flight from NW to SE. Described as a white blinking light travelling over most of the sky in 10-15 seconds. The witness indicated that the blinking might have been caused by the heavy cloud cover. Final disappearance was to SE in a cloud bank.
