10. CONCLUSION A cloud cell appeared in the area at the time of sighting. Two s/c were circling in the area at the time of sighting. Probably a/c lights reflecting in cloud cell.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers saw a bell-shaped saucer object. Object was approx 45-50 deg above the horizon in a 3/4 direction. No horizontal maneuvers of object were observed. There were two cloud cells over the area and two s/c were in the area at the time. A cloud cell appeared in radar in the general area of sighting.
