11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted 3 dots of light in a triangle, one large and 2 small ones. The large light and the small one on left were red and the other was green. The green light flashed off and on. No sound was heard. Description is consistent with the description of an aircraft.
