BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a bright white light in the sky The observer first thought it was a star but then didn't cause it was so bright The observer said that she heard a whizzing sound. COMMENTS: Since the observer was driving in such a way likely that she would hear any noise unless the object were quite close or quite loud Since it appears as point of light it is assumed that it is quite distant and that the noise is not associated with the sighting The description other than the noise is consistent with those of satellite.
