Two units 117's checked the area with a geiger counter but found no increase in radiation All vegetation in the area appeared normal except for one tree which was contaminated by insects which were destroying it.

Observer sighted a ruby red object approx 6 ft in diameter The object looked like a wedding band with very little depth (3 ft). There were rows of lights the size of light bulbs around the object The observer stated that all vegetation was dying in the area that the object was in close proximity to.

CONSENSUS DON'T'D: A Form 117 was sent to the observer but it was not returned.
