10 CONCLUSION Other: [CONFLICTING DATA] Observer told Duty Officer that time in sight was just an estimate. He also told Duty Officer that there was only one object. On his 16th, although he seems to describe only one object he indicated that he saw two.
Observer sighted an orange light in the sky. The object came from the west then turned and headed NW. The object flashed and flickered and no noise was heard.
COMMENTS CONT'D: Form 117's were sent to the two witnesses but they were not returned. WAP AFB is located in Fairborn, Ohio and usually has heavy air traffic. Nothing was reported as being seen from their control tower. Although the object was aircraft because of the [ILLEGIBLE] discrepancy in the number of UFO's, it is listed as conflicting data.
