BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted three round-oval shaped objects in the eastern sky. The objects had an apparent ring around them which would rotate at one angle and then change to another angle. The witness passed under the objects and could not see them again. Observer looked around to see if he could find some plausible answer, but to no avail.
Clinton County AFB was contacted in regards to any unusual observations by base personnel. Base operations said that one aircraft was in the area. The base control tower and JCA reported no unusual observations by their personnel.
