11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer noted dark silvery object that had red light on body. When object hovered, a bright white light was seen. Speeds were more rapid than jet aircraft, turns were square and definite.
There are various discrepancies in the available data. It is the active flight path of the object. One observer said she saw the object for an hour while another observed the object for 10 minutes.
