BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched four or five flashing lights grouped together and three other bright lights about equally spaced around the object The object went directly over observer's house moving southward with a dipping motion Observer woke his wife so that she could see the strange object The object came back toward the observers and made another turn toward the north northwest and then went out of sight Description is consistent with that of an aircraft using some type of advertising gimmick however if such an aircraft was operating in the Dallas area at the time of the sighting is not known The FAA reported no unusual radar or visual sightings by FAA cover person [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE
