BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted circular object slightly larger than a grapefruit at arms length. The object was silvery white and was very bright and of constant intensity. When first observed the object was traveling from the NE to SW in a descending attitude. Object turned due west, maintained this heading momentarily then altered course to the NE. Faded from view in the NE.
Description is consistent with that of an aircraft. Without any estimate of altitude, speed, rate of descend, etc., a comprehensive evaluation is not warranted.
