10. CONCLUSION Astro (Meteor) [HW:] If time correct, then more likely a burst balloon.

BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: In both sightings description of meteor is apparent. The time factor is in excess of a normal meteor sighting; however, in both cases the time was just a guess. There was a reported meteor on these two nights.
