11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS A high pitched tone, something like a jet only not as loud. Reel white and green flashing lights. Observer noticed the objects when he looked up to see the flashing lights. When the one object went out of sight another appeared from another direction. Second object was going faster than a jet travels.
