10. CONCLUSION Possible Astro (ALTAIR) [HW:] Altair was rising at an azimuth of 90 deg and an elevation of 20 deg at the time of sighting. By viewing the object through trees it is quite possible the disappearance and reappearance was caused by movement of the trees thus obscuring Altair from time to time. Observer noted object which appeared as a light in the NE sky. The object was observed through trees in a neighbors backyard. Object disappeared and reappeared from time to time. The object was whitish with a little yellow being brighter than a star. Object moved in many directions.
