11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object looked like a half of a perfectly round bright orange child's ball. Object was seen in the SE. Was observed for over two hours. There was light fog or mist in the area. The moon is approaching its last quarter and would be in the exact position of the UFO. The object was probably the moon observed through haze.
