11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted 5 or 6 red lights in a cluster moving rapidly to its northwest. The lights faded in the distance about 3 min after they were first sighted. No sound, tail, trail or exhaust was reported. No unusual maneuvers were reported. Nothing indicated that the object could not have been a conventional A/C.
