11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer saw an object that looked like a star with a long vapor trail. The object then appeared as a silver ball. He saw an airplane in the same area coming from the north. The object disappeared on the skyline leaving only its vapor trail. In a few moments the vapor trail had vanished. He compared the brightness of the object to a reflection off a small object.
Observer only estimated some aspects and probably overestimated characteristics of a meteor.
