There is no evidence that the observations made were not separate Star/Planet, Meteor, and Aircraft sightings. However because of the conflicting and insufficient nature of the data the sighting cannot be adequately rated.

BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer stated that he saw one object which appeared and disappeared several times during a 3 hour 45 minute time period The object appeared as a starlike bright light and was hazy to the naked eye At times the object traveled in a straight line arced overhead and hovered at times the object moved at speeds estimated at over 1,000 mph and at other times was stationary
