BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object bright pinkish, three-quarters the size of the moon. Appeared to have a zig-zag course. Observed for 14 hours. VENUS in SW at time of report in process of setting. Probable over estimate on size. No other reports from this area at the time of the report. No likely that an object 3/4 size of moon would be visible for over 1 hour and go unnoticed over the state of California.
