10. CONCLUSION Astro (VENUS) The light which have been observed is in the approx position of the planet Venus.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was like light of a car headlight, very bright white. All of the observers brief to see the object turn a telescope but the object was too far away to focus in on it. One observer went to call Highway Patrol, as he did t he light appeared to change colors to blue, and appeared to move down to tree level, turned red, then went back up to its original position when it then appeared to speed off in the SW direction at a high rate of speed.
