11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS One object changing from white to red to blue to green and two objects changing from white to blue, not always in same sequence. The lighting of the objects when changing colors appeared as a bursting star as the neon type sign used to attract attention. All objects were high in the SE quadrant of the sky above horizon, approx 60 deg az. One object appeared not to move. Objects did not disappear while being observed Object still visible while report was being made.
