BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observed celestial explosion. A bright bluish light x# lit up whole horizon. "ad contrails visible for 2 minutes. Decay fo Venik II 17/1940Z in 'axam-8 A Corridor'. Decay of 1965-8AB Cosmos 93 this date. Possible second stage booster ignition of missile on down range shot. Similar to report of 29 Nov 65.
