11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared to be long and flat or circular with a blue white or fluorescent color. No tail, trail or exhaust. No sound Object was moving to the North, very slow Disappeared between a thin layer of clouds that floated in A small (5X7) power scope was used for a short period to observe object Investigating officers said a weather balloon was released at 2342Z from Tampa International The path of the balloon was West over the observation area then South.
