11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was circular with square rectangular windows, traveling with a circular motion. Approximately size of a basketball when viewed from 15 miles away with a white pulsating glow from the inside. An orange redish light on part of it Light was on end of object Not traveling in a set pattern Observer later stated object was traveling NE Object was motionless for a while then disappeared immediately Object was first observed with the naked eye late through binoculars If object SW then NE flight would be toward observer at 19:0L
