BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer was starting his car when he glanced out of the window and noticed the white pinhead of light. The object crossed rapidly from the point of first observation near Venus toward the North and disappeared in the area of the Big Dipper. Griffis AFB, tower checked and reported there was a C-130 landing seven minutes prior to report.
