11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was described as a large silver lightbulb-shaped balloon. Disappearance was made by exploding. Fragments and valve were picked up by power company men who had been alarmed. Couldn't understand why there was a power shortage. Fragments of the balloon had landed on the wires.
