BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS All observers stated the object was round, red, white and blue-green with a rainbow tail short, Slight blinding or twinkling like a normal star or planet, Slight blinding or twinkling like a normal star through a haze layer, Short white tail, intermittently. Object was 50 deg elevation and 15 deg azimuth. Remained in a fixed position relative to stars in the constellation of Cassiopeia and Great Bear. In approx 1 hours time object moved 15 to 20 deg NE. Photos were taken but not submitted.
