11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a saucer-like object. It was somewhat like a doughnut, white, flat on bottom, sides rounded, appearing to be illuminated from within. It traveled in a straight path at a very high rate of speed to the NE, disappearing in a cloud.
