10. CONCLUSION Astro (CAPILLA) Object at 50 deg elevation in NE moving to the East and rising 20 degrees in two hours. Object in the position of CAPILLA. Object characteristic of observation of Astro Body.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object like a star too far off to show details. Flashing red green and white. At 60 deg elevation, azimuth not determined. Object moving West to East, No maneuvers. Still in sight at time of report. Watched for 2 hours. Colors consistent with those reported for CAPILLA.
