Characteristic of a high flying aircraft. No data presented to indicate object could NOT have been an aircraft.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer was looking in the North when he saw a very fast moving red light to the Southwest. No noise. In 3 minutes observer lost track of object. Very shortly after object, a light fast moving cloud seemed to move across the sky, and light from the moon made it seem like an effusion of light.
