Description and flight consistent with a/c. No data presented to indicate that the object could NOT have been caused by an a/c.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Unusual object resembling a star alternating red and white. Changed in intensity from the brightest object in the sky to hardly visible. Appeared from over mountains disappearing beyond another mountain range after several changes in course. Reportedly observed by additional witnesses for 3-4-5 minutes.
