11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object like a star zig-zagging across sky and disappearing over the horizon to the East, White, Also varied speed, General direction West to East, Initial observation at 75 dog elevation.
COMMENTS: On 2 July at 1054 PM the Satellite ECHO I was over New Mexico heading NE at 43 dog elevation North of Albuquerque This placed ECHO over the area of observation Zig-Zag motion and apparent changes in speed attributed to atmospheric conditions or illusion.
