Object appeared round to eye. Elongated when viewed through telescope. Appeared as a light brighter than stars. Erratic motion including stationary periods, sudden bursts of speed, changes in brightness, and flashing or flickering. Object rising from horizon to 75 deg elevation in West on occasions in same place. Also reportedly observed by FAA controllers at RST Airport. Object climbing from low elevation in West to 75 deg elevation in West.
