11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS White light moving through the sky at very high altitude. Maneuvered from East to West turned to North and then turned back to East. Rumbling sound heard during on portion of flight.
COMMENTS: No data presented to indicate that the object could NOT have been an a/c. Sound and description of object in accord with this analysis. Telephone conversation with witness on 19 May. She was informed of our evaluation. Distortion of sound and lights explained by atmospheric conditions.
