ECHO II at C2LOZ was at 40 deg N 93 deg W at (2009 local) passing over city at time of observation. Evaluated as ECHO II.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS

Observer was watching the constellation Orion when he first noticed the object. Very high. Object was moving from S to N in a straight line. It disappeared over observer's house roof and into the horizon in about 10-15 minutes.
