11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Cylinder smaller on one end than the other. No sound trail or unusual features. Had green and yellow lights surrounding a large white light at night. Observed from sidewalk in front of [ILLEGIBLE]. Object was stationary, stated for 10 min and want to get additional [ILLEGIBLE] when they returned the object was gone. Witness 70 yrs old. Object was larger than the moon.

COMMENTS: Jupiter at 220 deg azimuth 60 deg elevation reported at 25 deg elevation 270 deg azimuth. Observation of this body does not appear to parallel observation of an object larger than the moon. Not likely that an object of this size and nature would go undetected by others at [ILLEGIBLE] ft above ground level in the city of Newport News (and surrounding area). Investigators regarded the reliability of the witness as questionable. As the investigator suggested it is possible that a light such as an a/c landing light
