10. CONCLUSION AIRCRAFT KCQL35 penetrating WPAFB on exercise. Likely this a/c, possibly landing.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object resembling a Satellite but did not move as a Satellite would. Appears to be a bright rotation beacon of white light that would vanish and reappear. Observed at 30 deg elevation in SW moving in horizontal plane until it reached 65 deg elevation in SW. At this time it climbed vertically and disappeared. Had several colored lights (7-8) red, green, blue etc on or below object. No specific pattern to lights. After reaching lower altitude the object circled Dayton at a high rate of speed. Highest altitude was about 40,000 ft. Object disappeared at 1203.
